Alert escalates if no action is taken within user defined time frames. Escalation can mean sending video info to the next person on the list, or multiple persons either at your facility or anywhere outside your facility, phone calling or emailing notifications, contacting private security guards or remote monitoring facilities, sounding alarms, flashing lights, etc.
